14th Annual COME GO WITH ME Poster Contest - Call for Entries

Since 1995, Long Island Transportation Management, Inc. (LITM), and New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) have sponsored the COME GO WITH ME Poster Contest and Calendar.

The Poster Contest is an opportunity for children in grades K – 8 across Long Island to illustrate transportation alternatives aimed at reducing the impact of traffic congestion on the environment. This year, the Contest is open to individual students as well as schools across the Island.

The Contest winners will be announced at a ceremony on Friday, May 8, 2009. Winning submissions will receive prizes and their artwork will become part of the 2010 calendar.

Deadline for School Participation Registration: Monday, February 2, 2009
Deadline for Art Submissions: Friday, March 20, 2009
